Grace for the Next Chapter — Keep the Promise You Can Keep

A generous yes can become a strained promise when we agree to more than we can actually do. We want to help, avoid disappointing someone, or prove we are dependable.

Grace gives us permission to speak clearly about our limits. We can name what we can offer, ask for time when we need it, and return to the conversation if something changes.

TODAY’S STEP: Clarify one commitment before it becomes a source of strain.
